Required Ports
TCP ports 3001, 3002, and 9999 must be open at every fire station, in both directions, between the MCU and the servers.

Every MCU uses a static IP address. You can view the MCU's IP address, gateway, and subnet mask on the MCU under Settings → Network.
Troubleshooting
If the MCU's Network icon shows Not Connected, or the MCU announces a Link Fault, the servers can't reach the MCU. Check that all three ports are open on every firewall between the station and the servers.
